CP Teel at the edge of Charlottesville. Note the milepost and signals dating back to the days when Southern controlled this territory.
Anyone know what the meaning of the triple-light configuration on the diverging route head is? Most signals I've seen on this line are just two lights (amber and red)...

Thanks! This is by far the best telezoom shot I've found on this line. I'm at the 115.1 milepost, with the top of the hill back there at 113.5. If it weren't for the crest of the hill, you'd be able to see up to the curve at 112.8!
Now I need to decide if a shot like this is worth making an engineer nervous, as this was shot from the middle of a grade crossing... A shot of a train switching tracks in the distance would be sweet.
