So rush hour starts about this time every morning. The perks of living in the WMA.

Took me about 45 minutes to get a friggin' truck in the frame as well. I saw three. One took too long and the exposure ended with it centered in the image, the other was overexposed thanks to someone on the exit ramp.

That's a really good picture. I tried to do one of those too but I never got it right. The cars were too slow, too fast, or another one came, then someone turned on the light at their window, then i ran out of batteries... :cries:

Yeah, it takes some patience, for sure. This was one attempt out of probably about 15 I shot last night, each taking two minutes and multiple attempts to focus in the dark. Gave me a mere two images I'm happy with. I know your woes all too well, though. Batteries and full memory cards are problems we all struggle with... :shakefist:

Heh, really now? Small world. :)

I consider the entire DC Metro area my home, so I live all over this place (hence why I was drawn to all your work). :D

True. I'm glad I grew up around here and not in Chicago or Detroit or some similar place. Not sure how well I'd fair in a more hostile environment like that...
