Prints: If you would like a print, note me with the image you would like, and what size, paper, and if you would like it framed or matted. Prints of course will not have my border and copyright (unless you really want it), and will be as close to what you see here as I can manage. I can do sizes up to 8x10, limited by my little printer. Anything larger can be arranged at an extra cost as I will have to have it printed elsewhere. I will be asking for payment via PayPal once a product has been agreed on and I will ship the print(s) out once I have completed your order. Any questions or issues, note me here and we'll sort them out. I look forward to dealing with you!

Photographer/Graphic Artist, Computer Freak, & Railfan from VA. Representing Virginia Railway Express on dA since 2009. :D

Much of my life consists of classes (OU Athens), photography, spending time with my girl, and working at CAC (Fairfax Station, VA) or the BDH (Athens, OH). Expect my works to reflect same.

Not quite sure what kind of photographer I'd call myself. I like documenting the beauty of nature. But then I also like documenting the beauty of the engineering feats of man. And I particularly enjoy seeing when nature interacts with and takes over the constructed world around us.

On comments and :+fav:s: I will try to comment back and/or at least look through your gallery, but understand that I don't have unlimited time available. Comments and fave-ing are much appreciated nonetheless, so don't take my not saying thanks in a bad way; I just can't always say thanks to everyone.

They are all perfect."

"My Love you’re strong, and will do well in life, I love you and my children deeply. Today and tomorrow let each day grow and grow, keep smiling and never give up, even when things get you down. So in closing my love: tonight, tuck my children in bed warmly. Tell them I love them then hug them for me. And give them both a kiss good night for daddy."

Been an oddly busy spring this year, which I suppose is alright, though I haven't gotten to take as many pictures as I'd like. Couple potential jobs lined up for later this summer/this fall, so that should partially make up for it. So in a nutshell, Spring 2011: Saw the rise of the MP36PH-3CT2R and the rapid disappearance of VRE's RP39-2C & GP40PH-2/RP40-2C fleet. :thumb204706562::thumb203682337::thumb205192549::thumb208614572::thumb209273544::thumb210087737::thumb216909002::thumb221015048: Went back to Athens (where I feel more at home) and caught up on some much-needed urbexing and general being out late at night. :thumb216509562::thumb

Ah, Critics

*Edited to compliment the RPnet blog post on TRFN's page. And yes, it DOES invoke four-letter words in my mind. Compared to what I've submitted, I've seen other images that look IDENTICAL in quality and composition make the cut. They claim to want "creativity" in our works, yet all the current editor's picks are your standard wedge of GEVOs and Dash-9s in 45-degree sun with a telephoto lens. Two images of somewhere around 20 images I've submitted have been accepted: :thumb195069460::thumb174685669: But this was too "grainy" - translation, there was snow in the photo: :thumb190320912: Here I had poor cropping (which I fixed), but then the
